To use this service you must be an Esix Group customer, and have a valid account ID.

Please ensure that you register your Esix Group or SimplyExpats.net account to use this service.

When you create a new Helpdesk account, please use the same email address as you use with your PayPal account. This enables us to verify your details, and process your request more efficiently

For SimplyExpats.net customers, please include your proxy login name, which you use to login to our proxy service, when raising a support ticket. This can be found in your PayPal account, under Subscriptions.
